Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

• 24+ hours before rental: Full refund.

• 12–24 hours before rental: 50% refund.

• Less than 12 hours / No-show: No refund.
   

Rescheduling

• Free rescheduling allowed once if requested at least 12 hours before rental start.
   

Early Returns

• No refunds for early returns.
   

Multi-Day Rentals

• Non-refundable once started.
   

Weather Policy

• If rentals are canceled due to unsafe weather (heavy rain, storms, hurricanes), customers may choose to reschedule or receive a credit/refund.
