By booking and using R&D Scooters, you agree to the following:

Eligibility

• Riders must be 16+ years old with valid photo ID.

• Helmets are recommended; required by law in certain cases.
   

Rental Terms

• Rentals begin at the booked start time and end at the agreed return time.

• Overtime will be charged at $0.50 per minute beyond the agreed time.

• Scooters must be returned in the same condition as received.
   

Prohibited Use

• No riding under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• No off-road riding, stunts, or reckless behavior.

• Scooters may only be used in permitted areas under Florida law.
   

Liability

• Riding is at your own risk.

• You release R&D Scooters from liability for injuries, accidents, or third-party damages.

• You are financially responsible for loss, theft, or damage to the scooter during your rental.
