Whether you're a tourist or a local, we provide flexible rental options, top-notch customer service, and unbeatable rates to ensure you make the most of your ride!
Cancellation Policy
By checking this box, I confirm that I have read and agree to the R&D Scooters Rental Policy & Liability Waiver, and I understand that: All rentals require full upfront payment plus a $2 unlock fee. Overtime is billed at $0.50/minute. I am responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the scooter during my rental. I must obey all Florida traffic laws and local ordinances. Riding is at my own risk, and I release R&D Scooters from liability for injuries, accidents, or third-party damages. Cancellations: 24+ hrs before = full refund; <24 hrs = 50% refund; no-shows = no refund. Reschedules allowed once at no cost (12+ hrs notice); $10 change fee <12 hours. No refunds for early returns. Multi-day rentals are non-refundable once started. Unsafe weather may cause cancellations; in such cases, I may reschedule or receive credit/refund.
